Mobile Cafe' Brings Amazing Louisa Coffee Island-wide! Third Wave Specialty Coffee Now Available on the Go!

On July 14, after a year of preparation and an investment of NT$8 million, Louisa Coffee officially unveiled the Mobile Cafe, the first of its kind in Taiwan to provide third wave specialty coffee, during the Taipei Children's Festival in Dajia Riverside Park. Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je and Bravo even made a special appearance! The vehicle, which was imported from Italy, expands to more than eight meters long and three meters wide. When fully opened, the van resembles a black hawk soaring over the horizon. Staying faithful to the design team's original concept of a pop-open bar, the "soul" of the Mobile Cafe — its espresso machine — was intentionally placed in full view as the centerpiece, allowing the public to see each step of the coffee brewing process up close. In addition to espresso, the Mobile Cafe also offers pour over coffee and dining amenities, and Louisa has already driven the Mobile Cafe to numerous well-known scenic spots around Taiwan including Sun Moon Lake and Kenting, giving customers all over a chance to experience Louisa's specialty coffee culture while on the go.
